Nature’s Promise. Woven with Purpose.
- Our wool is not just a material — it’s a story of people, land, and legacy. It carries the purity of the mountains, the devotion of the shepherds, and the integrity of our planet-first philosophy.
High in the meadows of Rudranath, where the wind sings through the Himalayas and shepherds walk ancient trails, begins the story of our wool. This is not just fiber — it’s a living tradition, sustained by people who have cared for sheep and land for centuries.
Our wool carries with it the purity of the mountains, the resilience of the shepherds, and the spirit of balance between man and nature.
Every strand of Mojopanda wool is born from the dedication of the Palsi — the shepherds of Rudranath. These pastoralists live in rhythm with the earth, following the ancient Himalayan cycle of migration — leading their herds through valleys and bugyals (alpine meadows), guided by faith and devotion. Each summer, they move with their flocks through the green highlands, tending, protecting, and living as one with their animals — in a relationship built on trust, compassion, and respect. They call it their duty to Shiva, the protector of these lands.
Behind every Mojopanda product is a living heritage of human hands and Himalayan
hearts.
